As the Graphic Design Consultant for Design360, Lori can often be found in front of her iMac in her Montreal studio headquarters, her rescued 3-legged cat by her side. A design innovator, and a graduate of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, Lori has worked for the past eight years in the fields of graphic design, event planning and public relations for clients from near and far. Lori is constantly searching for unusual and curious ways to bring great design into the world of modern communique. She is happiest when conceptualizing ideas, expanding possibilities and producing innovative graphic design work. An event planner extraordinaire, Lori has opened world-class hotels, launched ski resorts and radio stations, planned extravagant weddings, and once even threw a rock concert at an original jail site! Thinking outside the box is one of the ways in which Lori stands out to clients. Lori’s client roster includes The Royal Danish Consulate, Sotheby’s International Realty, Revelstoke Mountain Resort, The Peak 100.5 FM, Interior Designers of Nova Scotia, Great Big Sea, Joel Plaskett, and Chris Velan, among others. Lori gets inspired by... vintage wallpaper, Woody Allen movies, Denmark, retro tile patterns, mid-century interiors, album covers, music of all kinds, tea, magazines, nature, typography, t-shirts, fabric patterns, bicycling, modern architecture ... and anything that has usability, simplicity and emotion.
