Melissa is a co-founder of Design360 and has been a practicing commercial interior designer for over two decades. Melissa lives and breathes design and is exceptional at capturing all the details. She has been the lead designer on many award winning Halifax restaurants and Atlantic Canadian hotels and resort properties. She is known for her high level of responsiveness and going above and beyond for our clients.

Melissa is also known for her warm, engaging and spirited personality, perhaps due in part to her Newfoundland heritage. She has an expressive quality and warm disposition that endears her to our clients.

Keri is a co-founder of Design360 and has been a practicing commercial interior designer for over two decades. Keri’s ability to inspire and lead our clients to abandon the obvious has enabled their businesses to soar to new heights, leading to some of the most inventive and successful interior spaces in the region. Keri’s passion is understanding what makes businesses tick and developing insightful interior solutions that address their individual challenges.

Keri is known for her dynamic leadership ability, quick mind, and witty personality. She has received recognition for her leadership and team building capabilities. Keri uses these skills to keep the team focused and projects running smoothly.

With over two decades of interior design experience to draw on, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge but also still loves to explore new ideas and creative approaches.

Her eagerness to learn is exemplified as she quickly dives into projects with confidence and enthusiasm. Lori has tremendous talent in assessing client’s needs and providing creative and appropriate design solutions. Lori has worked as a practicing designer in Toronto, Brisbane and Halifax.

Shannon is great at problem solving and figuring out how to get things done. With over a decade of experience under her belt, she is the type of person that just digs in and makes things happen. There isn’t a project too big or too small that she isn’t excited about and willing to tackle. Shannon has both a technical skill set and the ability to dive in and dissect complex design challenges. She is always trying to solve the puzzle or think of a new idea to make the space highly innovative and functional.

Stephanie joined the Design360 team in 2017 after spending 5 years practicing in Ottawa. Since relocating to Halifax, Stephanie has continued to grow her private sector expertise and has quickly evolved into a design lead. Stephanie happily tackles design challenges and takes on new roles with enthusiasm, dedication and ease.

Katie joined our Design360 team in the spring of 2023 as an interior design student and quickly made her mark. As soon as she neared the end of her interior design degree, we knew that she was the perfect fit. Her background in marketing and interior design give her a unique perspective and ability to create meaningful and engaging spaces that meet our client’s business needs. Katie approaches every design challenge with enthusiasm and positivity. She has a keen eye for aesthetics and is eager to learn something valuable from every client she works with. She is committed to contributing creative solutions that elevate interior spaces.
